Is this going in your mini truck? If so use some threaded metal rods and bolts to brace. Dont use the MDF to brace. Use the notmal truck box, subs forward and ports up. Resin the entire box insire and out. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Oh yeah...quarter round every corner in the box.

Doug and I decided to try and attend a show today. We left my house at 5pm, got to his ~6pm, built a system with 2 12" mags, 1 IA 20.1, 1 kenetik 2400 and a couple of boxes we used for the 15" MTs. Which were obvously to big. I slapped a baffle on the top and changed out the ports while Doug hooked up the battery, amp, and all the wires. We got to the show ~8:30pm. It is an hour drive so we only really worked for 1.5 hours. Put up a 149.6 in the kick on the TL If I had left the shorter ports we would have easily been above a 150db. Our note is usually 55hz and tonight it was 51hz... Just thought Id share Mags FTW. We took second and best install...not bad for an hour and a half worth of work
