If they return it on you, make them reemburse you for the cost of shipping or call them and have them tell the driver to reship it (do not sign for it if you tell him to do that)

Tell me about it...call them, put a trace on the package. Try and convince them to send it to Jim before they return it, if you run into any problems let me know. I have a little weight with Fedex, but no guarantees cause this is a residenital delivery.

Could be one of many things 1) box is damaged 2) barcode isnt readable 3) driver was a dumb ass and couldnt find it so he brought it back 4) Jim want there and they are returning it <not likely and on and on and on

Boy do I see that often...but...think abou thow many packages they ship a day, then think that they really only run with about .06% loss/ damage rate. That is DAMN good. By the way, its great to be one of Fedex's top 10 customers, you get to see and know things that no one else does

In my experence it means that they have finalized the order and sent it to the warehouse to pull and ship.
