Good luck finding one, those things are rather elusive. I've only seen em on ebay a couple times and they always end up expensive. On forums I've only seen one, ever. Took weeks just to read the manuals enough to understand them. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I found a guy that is selling the c90 and 4000x...He is asking what I want to pay. I see the c90 on ebay for ~$300 but I have no idea what the 400x is worth today. Ryan, what do you think is a reasonable offer on both items? $700? More/less? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> He is asking $850 shipped for the c90, 4000x, and CD changer...I dont need the changer, but I dont know if he will deal without the changer. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Who is the guy? I almost bought that exact same setup last year. I wonder if this is the same guy. He was on ECA I believe. Had everything in an extended cab pickup. I forgot to ask you, what do you have right now as far as EQing? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> My premier 860 Been contemplating going to 9835+H701, as soon as the funds come in. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The alpine is nice, but it doesnt have but 5 band EQ, so the external processor would be needed. You do know that the h701 can be used with any HU, not just an alpine.

I like my stuff. I just wish it has a few other options. Eclipse 8053 ( needs more then 10 band PEQ)(Needs more then high(LR), mid(LR), low(LR) time allignment. CDT Tweets ( sound great, just wanting to try better things) Soundstream D100 ( very nice old school amp, but again wanting better things) Memphis 16-mc300 & 16-mc1000d (...uhh...its memphis? I know it is a decent brand, but the 1000d which is rated at 1100rms@1ohm 1.5%thd is doing 965@1ohm with 2.2%thd...on 14.4v memphis rateds at 13.8v...

Definatly plenty. I want to try my hand at a 3 way setup and I have always wanted to try out the extremis. But then again, the lotus 6.5" & 4" would be nice too.

Having the RTA is nice. I am going through a few tough choices. Maybe you guys can help persuade me in the final decision. I am thuroly impressed with the truck as is, but I always want more. You know how it is. I really need to decide on a vehicle and acutally make it happen instead of waiting on one to fall in my lap. 1) sell everything but the Mag and Lotus mids and start fresh. The truck sounds like poo Lastnight when I installed the ipod interface I unplugged the radio to install it. I forgot to write down my settings for each of the 4 eq setups I had. >4 hours of work on 2 of those gone, and 2 hours on the last two gone Oh well...this weekend I guess I will break out the RTA again.

I was very impressed with the Lotus Mids I have. Steve, Tom and I discussed my install. I am looking into a pair of extremis for 60-150hz, the lotus 150-2khz, and which ever tweet I decide on (horns are choice too).
