how bout this lets convert things to watts 65AH*2=130A*14v=1820watts leave the original batt up front as it will charge faster than the bigger 3400s and will also add to your AH value 270A*14=3780watts so total that up 3780watts and 1820watts =5600watts more than your amp puts out and has room to run acc in the car. unless you plan on blasting your system with the car off like i said i dont see what the problem would be.

I got all my subs done. trying to figure out where the hell i want to put my amps.. Only place i have is on the side of the box or in the front where 1 of them is now. As I typed this i think thats what im gonna do and just move all of my batts from behind the back seats and put the amps there.

270a alt and 2x3400s is fine for 4k 4k/12 volts is 333Amps max so depending on efficiency of the amp your looking at less than 300amps. The batts are just reserves would be better to leave the original batt up front and put the 2 d3400's in the back

just add another piece of wood over the front of the box that fits the shape of the hole. Outline it with some cardboard. How you attach it would be up to you. Glue, foam, drill some holes with nuts and bolts. ugh vs cleaner look

just unhook it from your amp? those are the same wires connected to r sub, just use those

i like the 12v test better

simplest way to test the sub is wt a dmm or take the pos and neg from the sub and touch them to the pos neg on the amp. The sub should push upward since its dc. or to test amp get another speaker and hook it up
