Just set your table saw to rip a 45 degree angle. And for example if the total length of the 45 will need to be 5", you set the saw to 4.25 with the fence. then rip the piece through, and rotate it 180 and pass it through once more. if that is what you are asking.

List your experience. Been installing locally for almost 3 years, recently at a local customs shop.(Hendry County Customs) And have been designing boxes for B.J. for a while now. 3.) Must be an ACTIVE SSA MEMBER with >=75 posts. Yep 4.) Must do a pictorial or build log of system with in two weeks of receiving subs... Not a problem 5.) Must do a medium length review with a decent array of music, listing sample tracks. I've got plenty of songs. 6.) Will post review + build log(pictures) on multiple sites Active member on quite a few forums.

i have this box already intalled, its tunned to 30hz ran by mmats 3500.1. matts doesnt have subsonic filters. Lots of people cant believe that it can get that loud from 1 15". Its louder then 4 15s on colossus and better sq then 2 18s Qs in a wall on 3k rms. those 4 15's must have been in a horrible install.

The RE's were SX 18's, not MT's But they bothe sound about the same to the ear, with the exception of the low notes where the Q's really shine Hells yeah, almost triple the power.

they are strapped to 3000rms @ 2ohm each sub getting about 1500rms
