just remember in electronics, you get what you pay for. I used to install home audio, so i'm speaking from experience, but everyone has different tastes in what sounds good and what doesn't.

If you going to do anything HT, why do it cheap with a budget. You dont want cheap sound. Most decent ceiling speaker come with brackets for pre-contruction and retro-fit. I'd strongly recommend Speaker Craft & Niles
