i really like the idea. i mean i see people with kinetik and kicker lanyards. i wear my shirt. why cant i wear a lanyard.

So, i went tubing down a local river this week and lost my keys and lanyrad. while searching for a new Jordan i figured i would state that you guys should make a FI lanyard. Just kinda a thought for the mic. section. Good idea.. yes, no, maybe?

Considering you want to work in the industry and you've been here as long as you have, you KNOW that "half gain" is NOT a valid setting. Also stating the crossover at 50 isn't very descriptive. Sounds to me also like you guys are walloping on that sub. Classic case where a BL might have been a better choice and that the setup could very well be at fault. The only thing i did to his setup was hook the amp up. I didnt not tell him what to purchase. I would have told him to get a bl but he purchased everything on his own. I believe he bought the sub like a little over a year ago.

my friend went to get it repaired and the guy told him that fi just glued that piece in to seal a hole and when it came loose it blew threw the dustcap.

There shouldn't even be a bass boost on the amp itself, all you need is gain and crossover settings. Bass boost is the easiest way to clip your equipment. If you know how to set up your equipment then by all means use the bass boost, just remember that most bass boost is centered at 45 Hz. which is close to where most people set their lo-pass filters so they normally bypass the bass boost. Well my bass knob has hz on it. so maybe i choose what i want it to be at.

i have always wondered. i like using a bass knob sometimes tho because you can turn it down when you like quickly see a cop or something. What makes them bad exactly?

I cant wait until im like 30-40 and to look at the stuff we use now compare to the stuff that there will be then.
