do you know what it's from, bad shoes or too much time on them. Either way a epsom salt bath for them, come calamine lotion might help. Or cortizone perhaps. They are old skate shoes, and I am on them for 6-7 straight hours a day. Get some Puma's with good arch support. That's what I wear to work. x2 on the pumas
