so your crossover is set to 80hz?????are you wanting your woofers to play up to 80hz??? You need to look at everything, Although the ground appears ok, i would redo it all. Rcas grounds, re check imp on all voice coils, next, also use a ac clamp meter, you may have box rise out of control. you have to understand and control all variables.

We need more info, what subs, box size, coils, has he checked his rise, voltage drop, so on and so forth.

An amp is only as reliable as the person using it is smart. Any idiot can blow an amp, can they just be bad yes, but I as well have torture tested All AQ amps 1200 2200 3500 .25ohm STRAPPED, with the right rise these amps are bullet proof. AND WELL WORTH the price, built quality imho. But hell Jer what do we know, I have only tested about 12 or so AQ amps without single failure.
