Im pretty sure i can fix everything disconnected with some solder. I just didn't know where that one terminal looking thing went. Its a Sound Storm 1Fd2500. Are there only missing parts ? Weird... There's no missing parts that I'm aware of , the parts that are there are just broke and disconnected. From the heat i guess. Just going by parts visibly broken is a recipe for spending money on parts. Lost of things can go wrong and show no sign. Parts don't "disconnect" because of the heat. Yeah, solder won't just melt from normal operating temperatures in an amplifier. Adrian I think it's time for a basic amplifier repair thread! But the amp has visible burn marks, where all of that is

Or MAYBE cause you have 2% all around. You do realize that that let's in 2% of the light outside, that't completely ridiculous and you deserve to be pulled over if you go that dark. Just roll down your window's when you see a cop, simple as that

Ok, gonna attempt to fix this amp for a friend. Here's the pics.. (if it's even fixable) I have no idea where this thing goes, if anyone knew id appreciate the help.

And to add i have complete privacy in bright daylight. the back 3 windows are 5% on top of the stock tint so you cant even look through them when you cup your eyes hardly. And it gets so dark in there that it makes my windshield look tinted too, people cant see me through it either. At night it takes some getting used to but it all pays off

Mines 5% all around and i LOVE it. Cops dont bug me, but to be on the safe side i roll down my windows when one's beside me.

So at 12.8v Id imagine itl give close or maybe 2000 with no problem. And i guess im corrected also nice find

In all the searches ive done, the dsc 2000.1 is rated at 12.8volts unlike hifonics. MB Quart is like maxxsonics "premium" line. im considering getting one.
