it will still draw alot of power whether you go with 2 1500's or a 3000d

you dont HAVE to have a h.o alt to run a 3000D but some 1/0,big 3, and a battery or couple batteries would do fine

look through threads on this forum, ive seen people say it a couple times

gl with it man. once you start with upgrades to your car make a build log, im interested in seeing all of this.

you could run a 3000D, do the big 3 and get a powermaster D3100 in the back. youll probably get some dimming but it will run fine

for some alts. look into excessive amperage, and iraggi both are good alt brands.

200 or 300 amp alt with big 3 and a couple batts. 1/0 throughout

yes 2 15's will be louder than 1 18 if you have the right enclosure for them, which youll seem to have since you have an expedition

what amp are you using, and what ohm is the sub? D1 or D2?

have had experience with mtx, their ok i guess, but im pretty sure youll be alot happier with 2 btl 15's.
