Having a hard time getting ahold of IA
Whats the optimum enclosure size for the 21" Warden? Is it on par with the BTL sizes? I figured the Warden would be around 8-12ft3. Hmmm good question! Must be similar to the DP series! Better let Josh or Nick answer that one.

Good match up or not
So are you saying the Fi is better For the money I think the SSD is a great buy! But remember it is all install dependant! A great quality subwoofer in a poorly designed and built enclosure is going to sound like

which is a better brand?
Your going to get a lot of differen't answers here regarding which is better. Fi, AA and Sundown Z v.2 and Nightshade V.2 are still assembled in the USA. As far as baskets and magnet assemblies i'm almost sure those are imported. Voice Coils, Formers, Spiders, Tinsel Leads and Dust Caps .... Just because it's made in China doesn't make it a bad product. As long as QC is addressed.

New death penalty vs. Old death penalty
That is for sure - I'm really interested to see how they perform when Nick starts to ship them. I was pretty impressed with it in the brochure. Any sneak pics floating around of the new design?

Active Front Stage Build
Figured I would start a new build log as I will be using all new speakers up front and new HU. 1998' GMC Sierra Extended Cab Daily Driver Eclipse CD-7200 MKII Sundown - SAX-100.4 - Oz Audio - Matrix Elite 5.25" - Vifa D26NC05 1" Textile Dome Sundown - SAX-125.2 -Peerless - 830520 8" I have a mix of Second Skin and SDS sound deadening products to use on and in the doors. Q-Forms kick panels that are already modified with MDF mounting rings and deadening attached to the back. Doors will be modified to accommodate the new 8" midbass drivers. Sub stage to be addressed later after the front stage is done. Peerless 8" Midbass Oz Audio Matrix Elite 5.25" Vifa 1" Textile Dome Tweeter

Did I damage my Amplifier?
Yes if they touch together! Tape em' up!

3000 rms to much for death rows???
Either would work fine as long as your careful with the gains. Clipping is one of the worst enemies for a subwoofer along with us humans ... No such thing as underpowering a subwoofer. With that kind of power I would step up to the DP's!

The Jeep Might be back !
Good to hear! To much invested in dampening to let that Jeep go to waste! Good luck!

Did I damage my Amplifier?
Pop out the fuse before something does happen. If you have any extra subwoofers lying around try 1 and see if the amp still works.

I have never used ID products before so I cannot give an honest answer. But I have heard and been around JL for years and they are a great product for the purpose they are inteded for.
