  1. Looking good!
  2. Super cool, what series Tama? My avatar pic is a 1983 Tama Imperialstar kit I bought on the road and shipped home in mint condition. Total blast to play and it's HUGE! love your avatar BTW! Mine is a 1987 Imperialstar! Says "Made In Japan" got it from a local music store during a "Crazy Day" sidewalk sale.
  3. Welcome .... I am also a drummer! I have a black TAMA/Zildjian kit.
  4. Very nice! IA FTW!
  5. Multiple mounting locations in terminals make for a cleaner looking and solid connection.
  6. If budget allows upgrade to 0 gauge if not 4 gauge will be sufficient!
  7. last I knew PPI is under Directed Electronics Incorportated (DEI)
  8. I would advise you follow John's advice and look through the manufacturer forums. Problem is they are all great companies, that it makes it hard to chose!
  9. I owned an Audioque SDC2.5 15" and it sounded great for the price! A friend of mine has an Fi SSD 18". Differn't size woofers but they both have great sound quality and can get more than loud enough! IMO if your looking between these drivers I would lean towards Fi as you can customize them to fit your listening habits and future upgrades. Both are great companies!
  10. Just paint a target on me..... I would have to come packing heat if I even thought of that. You'd just get laughed at, no aggressiveness out there This is true. I haven't been down there for a long time. Since I was 18 or so and went to Lord F's for drinks some guy invited us on a boat ride and I was back at the bar the next morning around 5 am. or something like that. I have been trying to convince the wife to make me a Lord Feltchers sweatshirt. For those that aren't from here, the inside joke might not make sense but http://www.lordfletchers.com/thewharf.asp has been a Lake Minnetonka party spot for decades. I grew up in the West Metro so I know all about Lord Fletchers, just never been there.
  11. Listening habits? I imagine your looking for LOUD? Electrical to run those two beast amplifiers?
  12. Now that was funny! Gross but funny!
  13. Very impressive! Btw new box and set up looks great!
  14. Give us a budget to work with.... Fi SSD is a great driver for daily and when properly loaded can be very impressive. I would not overlook the SSD series.
  15. I vote for 1 design for Team Sundown and 1 design for basic Sundown Audio all embroidered. I like the website addy on the back.
  16. Small sealed box does not equal people staring. Small sealed box built to subwoofer specs will equal excellent sound quality as long as it has a quality amplfier driving it within limits. Give us some more info on your setup. (Amp, goals, electrical)
  17. Looking forward to these!
  18. Welcome ....
  19. Mechman alternators, Power Master, Ohio Generator, DB Electrical, Excessive Amperage and Irragi to name some. For the D3100 I would add it as the second battery.
  20. Nice looking box! What's the ft^3 and tuning on that monster?
  21. What are you going to run on the SAZ-3500D? ..... Minimum alt I would recommend is 200 amp & Battery I would recommend 1 D3100 from Powermaster
  22. Give this a read! http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com/forum/i...?showtopic=7154
