  1. Bravox is a great buy if anything left in the SSA Store.
  2. I would rather have the IA over the Crescendo comps anyday! More design and egineering done on the IA imo. Plus IA and SSA have a great sale going on!
  3. Co-Axials will be your better buy imo!
  4. What makes the Crescendo so much better off HU power vs the Incriminator Audio? Why not buy an amplifier to run your front stage?
  5. Do you have another sub amp to try? Might be the the inputs on the DD Amp that may be faulty.
  6. Yes all Sundown amplifiers do more than rated! How much? Hard to say as to many variables come into play!
  7. Check out the Incriminator Audio 20.1 on the Black N' Blue sale.
  8. Not really familiar with them but I have not read anything bad. If you do buy give us a detailed review and some gut shots of the amplifier.
  9. Visonik has some big powerful amplifiers, but most of their stuff is sold in Wal-Mart now so ....
  10. No eta available yet on the new SAE-500. But another option is to go with the SA-8 would be this amp.
  11. If your using P-S-P (Aero) Ports you can use less port area due to the efficiency of the port flares. As far as calculating you can use this link you will still need to account for port displacement.
  12. Good to know. I got some silicone to fix a hole in ky buddies sub. But haven't yet. Amazing goop should do the trick? Its a hole from where the drill slipped... Yes it should! try to fix from the bottom.
  13. Dimensions of said box? 1.25 ft tuned to 30hz should work well with that 10" sub woofer.
  14. Amazing goop is what I would recommend if it's a small tear. Silicone can have detrimental effect on some foam surrounds and cause it to weaken so I would not use it.
  15. Sounds like you thought this out. Pairing a 125.2 with an SA-8 would be a great low powered package. I would preferably go ported with the SA series as they seem to shine best ported. But building two different boxes that small will be very good comparison to see what your ears like best. Go for it and good luck!
  16. First off is the amplifier under warranty? If it is no worries Sundown will take care of you. Since you have no experience working with 12 volt electronics don't assume the shop did it correctly, were all human and mistakes can be made. If the shop is sure it's not their fault have them install a temp amp just to make sure it's not faulty installation.
  17. The SA will work sealed but they come alive in a ported enclosure. Never worked with the XCON, but have a DCON 10" and it did great sealed but the output in a properly aligned ported enclosure was darn impressive for 1 10".
  18. I would shit can the X's and get the 9500's!

    DCON ftw!
  20. Welcome ....
  21. Exactly what I thought when I read the thread title and author... Is say just pick something and run with it and make informed decisions from there. I personally would keep the solos because I know they will be worth more down the road but then again I don't have space for 15s do you think the price of the solos will go up becasuse of them being discontinued?
  22. I would buy those and sell these and there you have your opinion!
  23. Vibration is more than likely what your problem is. Mount some rubber grommets under each mounting screw and attach snugly. I would also complete the "Big 3" up front to help eliminate voltage drop.
