AudioQue likes a higher tuning have you tried that? They say tune around 38-40hz. Not sure your going to gain much in SQ form that driver.

Why not build a wall with a true enclosure and tune it low. With the length of that vehichle it should have some serious transfer function and cabin gain.

Test the sub in a different enclosure to rule out the sub woofer. If the sub woofer tests out fine by Sundown it has to be your enclosure.

I'm not a huge fan of band pass boxes but what do you think of the results you got with the calc?

I would check to see if your enclosure didn't crack somwhere or something internally didn't come loose. Sounds like the enclosure is the culprit. Would you have a test box to use for a short term test in your vehicle?

Sure but it depends how the crossover section is on the amp. Does it have an adjustable low pass filter and subsonic filter? If so then you could use the two to create a bandpass set up where the speaker plays between a set frequency range. Btw all a SSF is a high pass crossover.

If you have the room the SA series is hard to beat. Go for the cone area. Even with those two SAZ-1500D keep the electrical up!
