96' Isuzu Rodeo
If you need any help shoot me a message, the materials aren't too expensive at all... in fact if I'm not mistaken you can score everything at Wal-Mart! Fiberglass resin, fleece and/or glass mat, Bondo, and all the expendables... depending on prices, under $40 should net you everything you need and then some. You can even improvise a little bit. For my A-Pillar tweet pods I used an old t-shirt soaked in resin

96' Isuzu Rodeo
I like the goal you have in mind for this build. I think you should give glassing pods a shot, it's nothing too difficult and there are plenty of good tutorials around the net!

Feedback on these cards?
Hey guys Soooooo I was at one of the local dives last week and the DJ told me about a friend of his having an album release party on a yacht out on Lake Travis, Austin in a few weeks, and I figured it would be a good opportunity to promote my side work... Been milling over a few designs and decided to get the UV Gloss, double sided stock to print them on, I'm probably going to order them within the next few days to get them on time, anybody have any suggestions or anything? The slogan there is not finalized I just kinda made somethin up off the top but if anyone has any better ideas lol! Thanks Front Back

Looks awesome man, just out of curiosity... what kind of paint did you use? Like a hi-temp enamel or something for engines would be my guess... thanks!

Infinitely Baffled The Do-Over. :P
You make it look so easy Hugo!! As the guys said I bet a full sound deadening job would do the trick, especially since the trunk is your enclosure. Oh and would you mind shooting me a PM with your number again man? New phone FTL Here's to the best installer in the U.C. area! :drink40:

Hehe, well with the couple of weeks I had her rigged up in my backseat and have been gently breaking her in, I like what I hear. Jon was telling me that the Nightshades are designed to be SPL woofers, but as I learn with every setup I own that the woofer's performance is 90% install dependent... It sounds good on music but I think for that purpose the box is a tad small... I believe he said it was about 4 cubes, you can hear it in the frequency response as the low end rolls off pretty steeply... probably an excellent box for scoring high on the TL but I'll definitely give her some more breathing room in the next enclosure! And then I can write a proper review! Took the box out today, it's serving an excellent purpose as a coffee table in my room for now I have the next few days off unfortunately so I'll run up to HD or Lowes and score some lumber and foam, and get these off to you already... can you email or PM me your shipping info? Thanks Steve!

4 DP21 Wall Build
Looks f*cking amazing man, all you need now are little hooks up front to hang ear protection from And throw some ArmorAll on those subs already! lol Oh yeah and Ryobi tools FTW they are very solid little things. Just picked me up that 18v drill and a jigsaw too but I think I have the lighter-duty jigsaw it's like 3amps or something compared to the 4amp one

Well as some of you know the Q's are toast... going to be sending them to Steve Mead here shortly. Drove up to San Marcos... left with Jon's 18" Sundown Nightshade (also reconed by Steve) and he tells me it will handle up to 3k daily and 7k burp... after riding around for a couple weeks with it in the backseat hooked up to my AQ2200D I went ahead and took it out so I can finish parting out my system. Spent the last couple of weeks gently breaking it in, it sounds great off of 2200watts but it will sound even better with more power... so I'm going to spend the next couple of months gathering my thoughts and materials to plan this next build... I want to integrate it into the trunk instead of just having a big ole clunky box back there. Whatever it is it's going to have to be sub up, port front configuration.. I will most likely get in touch with Chris over at Fisher Customs again for the box design since he did a great job on the last. For the amp I'm thinking either a SAZ-3000D or maybe one of those Crescendo 3k's that Vic was running... Oh, and probably going to remove my non-working air shocks from the back and put some stiffer passive shocks in the back to cope up with the extra weight! Just a few pics

Awesome zombie wedding cake
Both are pretty cool! I like the Zerg cake

Don't know how I survived on these
Nope that tire was not run flat. It held pressure up until the day I took it off.

Sigh..
Sorry to hear about that bro... there are some real pieces of s*** out there. I would look into an alarm system with a remote pager... nothing can completely guarantee against theft but any amount of protection is better than none

RIP to my Q's...
Naw man the last time was due to clipping not over-powering them with good clean power
-
RIP to my Q's...
It has to be able to take more bro... the Q's were considerably louder off the AQ! It's barely moving the Shade
-
RIP to my Q's...
lol this is just for a day or two I'm going to sell my AQ2200D and take a lil while to plan out a good setup for this beast
-
RIP to my Q's...
LOL so I am now the proud new owner of a fresh 18" Nightshade thanks Jon! And Steve for the recone Got her hooked up temporarily to my AQ2200D she's laughing at the power right now... but I figure it will be good to break it in with. Will post pictures of the ghetto setup later

RIP to my Q's...
Thanks bro! Shade is one thing I lack lol unless it's after 5pm I can use the apartment building as shade

best 3k sub
- RIP to my Q's...
lol!!! It's a Japanese beer I still stay exotic Except during the week it's puro Bud Light An interesting man with an interesting budget lol Honestly I would have to measure again but with the 15's, I barely had enough room to mount the subs front-ways like that But that box is 7 cubes after displacement I would probably go with about 4 this time - RIP to my Q's...
