  1. Wow I never knew it was like that! I mean I see on forums people talking about the wait time blah blah and it's worth it . I thought it was 21 ish days, so I was like it ain't that bad. I mean, it ain't like sonic electronics or none but still I could manage a few weeks. But months?? Lol idk bout that. Maybe if they said up front then possible but from what you're saying it sounds like it's a case by case sort of thing.
  2. I run 35's on my Jeep with out re gearing! I can feel the difference and plan on re gearing later. And no I don't off road much :/
  3. The wait time isn't accurate to the indicated info? I see like 21 days or so for dispatch
  4. Yea those subs look sweet. But I can't run mines inverted in my Jeep lol as of now I put stuff on my sub box so inverting subs would take away a lot of storage area. Speaking of fi Audio I was on their site and was actually interested in the sp4 12s. I seen what the older models can do and now they offer it in 12s got me excited. I like that magnet also but again, no one would see it lol. But that brought up my question in the first place. I saw the sp4 has a higher rms than the btl, but the btl are more expensive. Wondered why
  5. So it's not that big of an improvement to justify the rice difference ?
  6. Hey guys, I've noticed some companies offer neo subs and there're priced really high compared to the other higher model subs they offer. For example I was looking at the D.C. Lvl 5 and 6 and I saw the D.C. Neos. They were higher priced but the rms was lower than the lvl 6. So I was just wondering what warrants the price mark up. Are they under rated and offer a lot of pros or something ? I also seen that fi audio Btl neos subs and they look hella sweet. And the price is reasonable. But yea I tried to search the pros and cons, and all I could find was the weight and I think cooling or something like that. Figured I'd ask I'm sure someone with a lot of knowledge would chime in.
  7. Ever consider a bat cap? Idk if you can fit a secondary battery somewhere, but I know Kinetik had some small in size batcaps. I used one in my Honda a while back and I noticed it sounded louder.
  8. I like your box! How does it sound? What time of music do you listen too?
  9. I have a wrangler too. I'm interested in your end result. I put Rockford pro 6's in the rear and alpine type s components in the front. I'm steadily gonna switch those out for rockfords tho
  10. Sounds great! I'll save up some money that shipping kills me lol sucks I'm in Hawaii when it comes to shipping heavy item
  11. Alright thanks. And are there a huge difference between the evil and zcon ? Because the pricing is slightly higher and on paper it seems like the evils are a step higher than the zcon
  12. Hey man what's up!? Yea I did and I loved em. I had it in the backseat of my challenger. But I traded it in and got a Jeep jku now. I decided to put the ethos into my Altima because I have a front firing sealed from the trunk set up and the re sxxv2 into my Jeep. I figured the Jeep wouldn't be optimal for loud sounds and what not, seeing how it loose pressure easily. Well I was wrong, it slams louder in there than in my Altima. Lol so now I wanna upgrade. I was thinking a single 15 evil till I saw that they make 12s now. I compared the zcon and figured it's a few dollars more for the evil so I'll just go with those. And we'll now I'm here doing research one em lol
  13. What is the box recommendations. I'm planning on picking to up but I couldn't find box specs
  14. Just a little???
  15. Ok get back to me. This is a steal if I do say so myself
  16. How much to ship to Hawaii?
  17. Niiice. Can't wait for the outcome
  18. It's always darkest before the sun rise...
  19. Ya it is. I didn't feel guilty at all dropping 7 something. Little here little there lol then when it gets to 200 pay it off
  20. Naw I paid the regular price plus I think $80shipping. I used the lay away plan to pay for it.
  21. Hasn't came in yet. Quentin finnally shipped it last week and should be here in Tuesday, very excited can't wait. I'm using 2 re sxxv2 for now and I'm pretty content, so I know the ethos we blow these away which should make me go from content to ecstatic lol
  22. Sorry hardly been on for a bit. But thanks for the information and tips. I need to get a laptop to use all those software I see people use. I just find the volume of a box for the location, use the 12volt to determine the length needed my port to be proper tuning, and I try to keep the port area within manufacture recommendations. Or 16- 18 I believe is a rule of thumb I seen somewhere. But I know with the softwares, I guess you can measure the output at different frequency and what not
  23. Niiice. Before picking these up I was considering two zcons but the price was too much. So I'm glad you're enjoying these and not regretting getting rid of the zcons. This little review was exactly what I was looking for.
  24. That song got some bass =)
  25. Very excited to see the outcome and hear how you like it. I got my ethos coming in on Tuesday. What amp you using to push em, and what's the volume of your encloser
