Hello everyone It has been awhile since ive las longed on to this accound but now im back. I got a Fi Bl 15" about 3 yrs ago and i would have to say it was the best/ loudest/best built sub ive ever come across. I had my box made by a guy out in Canada. His company name was Pound That Sound. Since i havent been on this website in awhile ive noticed that he no longs makes enclousres.... Ive been looking around for someone to help me with my next built since ive gotten a new car. Im sticking with the BL and i going to have the same set up likelast time, 1 BL 15" w/ hyper pole option. Now my question to anyone who wants to answer is... is there anybody you would recommend for my next enclosure. Thanks in advance

I got a 15"BL D2 w/ p chamber option running off a RF P1000-1BD (1382 rms@1ohm) in a Pound That Sound ported enclousre (3.0cf3 tuned @35hz) and i would say this is the best sounding/loudest sub i have EVER!!! gotten,, it still sounds amazing after pounding it very hard for a year now but i think its time for an upgrade... I was thinking about finially getting a 15"BTL D2 running off a RF T1500-1BD (about 1800 or more rms@1ohm) any suggestions on wht to get before i ordeer the sub.. I have a 05' Kia Spectra(yes its a small car lol),, i was thinkin about gettin a yellow top battery and a digital volt meter (but dnt knw where to get it from).. the sub is going to be facing the cabin instead or the rear like it was with the BL( My car took tooo much damage with the bl facing the trunk lmao but i fixed it up pretty gud) Thanx for any help.....

try pound that sound they made my box and its the bestbox ive ever had and for a low price and for ur sub get a bl 12 because i have the same amp and it puts out 1328 rms @ 1 ohm and my 15" bl sub knocks dumb hard

stay away from caps.... they do more harm than good to ur car because i heard it puts more strain on the alternator....... u dont need to upgrade ur alt unless ur gonna have some serious power and my small kia lol can handle a btl with 1832 rms just fine... i jus had to get a yellow top....

im having the same probelm but i got my bl in jan.. it doesnt sound as loud as it use to but im guessin my ears r gettin use to it

You may or you may not. To the ear, it wont sound as loud firing into the cabin, but it may or may not gain you on the mic. I'm louder in my civic trunk firing into the trunk. If I sealed it off and had it firing into the cabin, I would most likely be louder that way (SPL wise). thanx thats the info i needed

getting the box in my trunk took a long time and taking it out will take even longer because its such a tight fit

Hey everybody i was wondering if I will get a better spl level if i face my sub towards the front instead of the sub facing the rear of the trunk.... My enclosure is 3.0 cf3 tuned @ 35 hz... Fi BL 15.... the car is a 05 kia spectra lx

i had a friend do the big three and he said he did noticed anything different and most people say its a waste of time... but i really dont know if its true... but bigger battery in front (yellow top battery is wht i have) and if ur still gettin v drops then add another cell next to the amp...oo wht ever u do say away from caps...

u should be good.... im running a rockford p1000-1bbd(1382rms@1ohm) in a small kia spectra and i dont have any problems if anything else u might wanna get a bigger battery but thas all

i already have a 15 bl i jus dont knw anybody that has a spl meter and the stores i do knw charge 20 dollars jus to meter it... but thanx for the info

i jus wanna knw because i havent gone anywhere yet to see what it hits on the spl meter... and there is a bass off around my way next weekend i jus wanna knw from those who metered there bl 15

What is the Fi BL 15 able to hit on the spl meter.. Options are p chamber, and daily running off a rockford p 1000-1bd(1382rms @ 1ohm)

damn man i had a box made by PTS too i love it alot best custom enclosure EVER!!! lol... but fedex was a pain in the ass because they kept delaying my shipment and when i got it it was some damage all over the corners and sides but i didnt think anything of it..... i jus wanted to install my system but plz continue with the build i wanna see how it turns out.

yea i just put the gain half way because i didnt want too much power going to the sub jus yet... and plus i really dont know how to set the gain correct so thats another reason why i put it half way lol...
