I'm working on his truck today...needs a new muffler/end pipe bad. Also do an oil change just to be nice Hopefully get to an oil change on the Kubota as well. Damn thing takes 6 quarts for an engine about the size of a Honda's. The hydraulics need to be flushed sometime, but that's a job I don't really want to do today

Genre/style? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> "Chick rock" is the best i can come up with Just solo guitar, no backup or accompainment. Real relaxed. Does need some tweaking though, having the same guitar line throughout puts you to sleep. Needs something like what Allison Krauss did in "Lucky One" with a couple-bar guitar fill to break things up.

I couldn't find one locally, all the places I went to either sold the MK5 or the MK5G, which have all these fancy add-ons that I don't need like extra pitch control or more anti-skate. MF.com seemed to have the best price on BNIB MK2's, and they have a decent warranty.

My shelf project wore me out, but I'm happy with the results. I wanted something a little beefier than a Flexy-rack. Still need to take the planer and finish the poplar trim, something I was going to get to but ran out of time before His Yetiness showed up.

Not really a "rack", it's just a two-space 19" unit I had my EQ and Rane crossover in when I was in the dorms. I sold the Xover, but I still have the EQ chilling in it...figuring I'll use it to tame the nasty room reflections I get with the Klipsches in the too-small living room.

I'm getting periliously close to completing a project...this can only mean one thing... Armageddon.
