Why don't you use a pro sound driver? They are made to mate w/horns. Just a few examples: 18sound 6.5" B&C 6.5" B&C 8"

Yep it's normal. Bought my A600 new and the light is red. Doesn't change.

You didn't answer whether or not it was leaning before, so I'm assuming you aren't sure. Have you called the manufacturer of the shackles to see if they could offer some help? It really scares me that it took you 10 hrs. to put on shackles.

Was it sitting level before the new shackles?

Those amps look like they were supposed to be there! That was the exact amp setup I was looking at for my Silverado, but I already had some PPI's so I figured I'd use them instead to save $$. Anyway, I'm very interested in this setup- sounds like it'll be a winner! Did you do any sound deadening?
