  1. I did the inside of my box, I bought HD bondo resin w/ hardner and basically made a batch and dumped it into the box and spread it around so it was layering the bottom.... And preferibly do this when your box is not completely sealed, the smell will never go away... pics of mah job I put some fiberglass on the corners but it looks like poo... This was my first time doing fiberglass or anyting so you should be okay, just follow instructions on teh box
  2. I put a 3515 (older motor) in my friends suburban off 1200 watts in a 4cubic foot box tuned to 40hertz and it Pounds! Also the amp is overrated, its a diamond audio amp. But with that JBL should hit pretty hard Also you can push up to 2000rms if its clean power to the 3500series! Just be careful
  3. Tell those people concerned with "bragging rights" that you won't see any advantage of those 500W except on a TL haha those people are me, but yes i know its all for bragging rights! Im not competing so basically whoever has the biggest amp wins! Sundown FTW
  4. push a DD 9500 series, so im not going to use but 2500 or so watts, i was just wondering. Mostly bragging rights to say 3000+ on tap
  5. okay i have some questions about the output, with a 1ohm load + box rise (lets say 1.5ohms) with the proper electrical would i see 3000+ watts without clipping?
  6. local welding shop 2/0= $2.00 ft FTW!!!!!!!!!! knukoncepts 1/0=copper coated aluminum = too much FTL....

Awsome, thanks! Oh and they think that the M3 would put out more @ 1ohm than the SAZ3000d. And i told them it couldnt and the 3000d was a good amp but they are stubborn over there. and here is a link to my car: the system is weak right now on account of 20sq inches of port but thats soon to change! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t3xP0Dxn7v8
