my sub was supposed to ship on the 16th, they are now still waiting on parts. not good business to take orders when parts aren't there to build the subs you are taking payments for.

The new 2.0t is very capable, there are GTI's putting out 300hp with just a chip and exhaust. not a fan of where the body line meets that front fender flare though.

rides pretty nice but i do need to take it back to get 2 of them rebalanced. good shocks are the key to a nice ride.

the volume of the box after port and sub displacements is more important than the port area. go to www.subwoofertools.com and there is a ported box calculator that can help you.

2.0ft @28-30hz, about the same size as i would use for an rl-p. make sure you get a decent amount of port area as well.

really how would the manufacturer know if you ran lower than 1ohm? its not like the amp has a black box that tells them how it was run before it blew.

Since i'm trading my Bravox to Ryan i need to get something new. I've got a 2 channel Px600.2 JBL amp which is 180x2 and i have a 06 Dodge Ram reg cab. I think i can get up to almost 3.5" of depth with a 5/8" baffle to mount them. They will need to be able to keep up with 2 Eclipse Sw8200's getting 650w each. The Mpyre set looks pretty nice and they are based about 30 minutes from me so i may be able to get them direct. Any other ideas?

why couldn't he? the ax are the only ones that can't be sold online.

i can guarantee i would buy a pair of ax's if i could get them in a black chrome finish.
