That's what they are designed to do; what they are designed to do and what they actually do are two completely different things. Sadly most states have set the bar to the lowest common denominator possible, as it seems to be the case in Arizona. AZ is ridiculous as far as licensing goes. When you move here from another state, you don't need to take any test, they just give you an AZ license.

Haven't had to turn on the furnace, but had to use the heater for about 5 minutes on the way to work the other morning when it was about 45* outside. Its been pretty nipply out these last mornings. It was 105* here today . . . .
