  15. Based solely on looks (if they handle the same), I'd take the top one.

  17. I believe that the grand majority of them are 3/4 frame like that. I remember hearing/reading somewhere that some GM cars of that era had a boxed frame, but I don't recall which cars (A or B body) they were. And if they did make 'em, they were the Canadian versions IIRC. In other words, I wouldn't hold out trying to find one with a boxed frame. You could just do it yourself anyway.
