We got the idjits who go and by the most rusted out pos they can get for $50 at the auction ( necks love an auction boy ) Slap an orange triangle on the back, and paint farm use on the side of it. Then cruise where ever the he!! they want without tags, registration, or any insurance what so ever. And farm use vehicles don't require inspection. So no matter what condition it is in, as long as it's marked farm use they can drive it. I see a guy going down I-81 in a late 80's ford f-150 quite often on my way to work. The passengers side door is bolted shut with a 2x4 across it on the outside. The drivers door consists of some plastic, cardboard, duct tape, and a few stickers. The entire bed is ( or was ) made of wood. It's in such rough shape, it looks like a bunch of termites holding hands.

I had clear side markers on the burb. And clear turn signals. Both with clear bulbs that almost look yellow. Use an amber bulb and you will never get pulled over. Stupid people put in blue bulbs....just asking top be pulled over. yep, i've got amber bulbs in my clear corners
