i saw they had a 3in only 4 layer aluminum voice coil now alot have the 8 layer is this going to make a differnce in performance or anywhere. bc im am prob going to get one!

if it was me and i had a good eletrical system to back that up i would get the d1 and run at .5 its not going to hurt that amp if u have the electrical to back it up bc its going to be sucking alot of juice

yes!! i ran my md1d all day at .5 never changed it the amp love dit barley got hot. i was using stock battery and stock alt. it will work perfectly fine at .5 ohms!!

Either get another better amp and buy one sub or just buy some other cheaper subs that will take that power. Use common sense when buying things, dont buy a 3000 rms amp but dont have the money to buy a sub(s) that can take the amps power. Or just buy one amp and run it at 4 ohms instead of the two ohm final load it can take (just cause your amp is 2 ohm stable at 3000 rms doesnt mean you have to use it, thats why amps have other ratings at other ohm loads). i know that but see im only 15 and i rarley get money i first was going to get a dc level 5 18 but i want something thats going to have sound quality and be loud ass hell! thanks guys! ya i was just about to order the dc level 5 18 but then i got side trcked and looking at other sbs and bamb had to ask! i want something that has good sound quality and can beat really hard! and i wanna run it at 3000rms! mabey btl 18 dc level 5 18 idk really ?
