    DD 3500 series are fantastic subs. The end result will be determined by the box and power. You can go for SPL, LOUD SOUND QUALITY or SQ. They outperform many many many subs. DD subs are hand built to order and use top notch materials, built by "cool dudes". I've never had a chance to give these xcons a listen, but the 3500s are definately not something to pass on without giving them a listen. What vehicle are you putting these in? Budget? How far are you willing to go to get max output from subs?
