I do not believe the Xterminator line can safely accept more than 6V of input voltage. Besides, on a properly installed system, you don't need more than 2V

You need a capable headunit. Only some are... and they all have toslink outputs. (i.e. IVA-D310) The manual outlines this, and if the unit is capable, its manual will specify that it can control the PXA-H701. You set the EQ stuff using the controller, or capable unit.

Swapping the negative & postive will just put those speakers 180 degrees out of phase with the others, or if you do it to both crossovers, you have just done nothing.

You need way more port area than that! I don't trust those online calculators, I'd prefer to do it by hand. I don't trust them either, so I use my spreadsheet to verify.

Get some double sided tape. Install them in various locations, and see how the stage is. I'd expect mid way up the a-pillars... but every make of tweeter, and car will be different.

Scrapping this new creation of a sub box, and thinking of something else... what a waste.
