The mli's extend quite easily to 3k on axis, so don't try to make your tweeters extend too low. That's how people blow tweeters. The absolute lowest I would use those tweeters is 2500Hz @ -18dB.

99% of Canada will be digital by the end of 09... they just tend to put off deadlines much later for the "community" stations that can't afford new technology.

The FCC's apparently finally starting to auction off the bandwidth occupied by analog UHF TV right now... does that mean we won't be able to get TV through the air anymore? Older TV's will need a converter, but yeah, you can still get free TV from an antenna. We won't see OTA TV signals disappear in our lifetime. The FCC even mandated that all signals be digital HD by the end of 08 right?
