  1. Send me $97 and we have a deal I might be making a PE or Madisound order before I come down, so I can bring it back. Something along the lines of a retarded amount of wideband drivers for an array of some sorts.
  2. Mechanix gloves do rock... and wash nicely too. I go through nitrile gloves like nobody's business too... now if they just had something to cover arms with so I didn't get so much resin & rage gold in my arm hair lol
  3. Guess that would be called sitting on the stage
  4. We need another filter... front stage = front end, since there is no other type of staging.
  5. I turn on my stereo, listen for any sound from the woofer. If all clear, then I use it.
  6. http://stereos.about.com/cs/componentguide/a/equalizers.htm Neither is better per say... it depends on what your personal comfort is with either type. I prefer graphic, but a lot of the time, I use the parametric eq to figure out which frequency is the problem & then use the graphic eq to dial it in.
  7. Use a relay on the remote turn on.
  8. Please don't confuse stock systems with beefy bass. RAAMmat is good, Second skin is better (albeit at a higher cost). Might be taxed to find a aftermarket HU that will control a stock changer. PAC TR7 module will allow use of the steering wheel controls. Have a look at my project log at my deadening job, that rid me of almost all of my rattles. Still some left to do too. Sooo, in the meantime, answer ///M5's question above, and we can get started here.

Use PVC pipe to make the length.
  11. Why are you looking for pre-fabbed? Buy 1/0 welding cable & 1/0 welding lugs & black heatshrink then make your own... Here are the terminals for your battery too: http://www.knukonceptz.com/productDetail.cfm?prodID=GMBT

IIRC You can get 6" aeroports special order from Parts Express. IMO 1-4" is too small.
  13. I can't say putting the midrange in the doors is very optimal. How much kick room do you have?
  14. I would use the midrange for the whole vocal range of frequencies, so at least to 3500Hz, then let the tweet take over from there. You want to have the midrange reproducing as much of the media as possible. Like Sean said, drivers that are great 2 way drivers, don't make that good of a 3 way driver.
  15. This made me giggle: http://www.canada.com/saskatoonstarphoenix...b64&k=97477
  16. And of course... there are these guys with 9" stock used rotors & stock used pads behind these 22" wheels... morons. Everytime I see one of those, I sarcasticly tell them they have nice small brakes.
  17. Slow day today
  18. Nice work Sean!!
  19. Nah thas ok. H701 is the tits.
