Subsonic filter rule of thumb: Set it to 1/2 of an octave lower than tuning. Tuned to 34Hz means you would set the subsonic to 25Hz. You use a 25Hz tone, and move the filter until it gets very slightly quieter, then leave it there.

cycles = Hertz

You need to read up why you dampen... You don't need a cap because they DON'T DO ANYTHING.

They would die in seconds. I don't think they'd last long enough to get a burp out of them at that power level.
