According to crutchfield i won't need a kit, and if wiring is needed, the dash might be pulled apart to replace the heater core*, so i'll rewire then.

I am doing an engine conversion, and the altenator on the engine is rated at 50 amps. I am looking into a 100-150 amp altenator, yellow or red top, and the big 3. I am running 1000wrms.

It's about 7.4 ft^3 with a 13x6.5" port. Two 12" type r's are going in and will be running at 1000wrms. EDIT: What would be best to tune this box at? I'm doing daily and want it to sound good, not just loud. EDIT 2: Listen to mainly rap.
