just did some searching.... seems that the ss can be had for around $1500 and the maxx around $3600.... i'll let him know and see if he adjusts the price.... but i still find it hard to believe that amp, the ss, will do it's power when it's at that pricepoint. $1600 will get you a 4000d mojo at our store...kinda makes me wonder if the ss isn't modeled with it's peak power rating.... wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

chris, after going back and reading, i see what i did..i combined your comments with sean's (where he carried three sheets of sheetrock at the same time) and with the alcohol that was running through my system, i just combined the two..my bad.... as to the avalon sub/plate amp combo..look for it monday or tuesday. scott was extremely lazy about shipping it, even with me riding his ass about it. i don't want a bad rep for helping a friend, but long story short, it got shipped thrusday instead of monday when i paypal'd him your money. i apologize for that as well. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

we've used isolators..but generally we just wire them in parallel and run a fuse just in front of the second battery. not a single problem yet... wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
