which is why trunk cars suck..lol...for boxes that is... and another reason why when a person is having a box built elsewhere, it's a good thing to measure the trunk opening and/or have the box builder have a similiar car near by to test fit/measure themselves. i've gone to the point of finding the same vehicle on a car lot, test driving it home and measuring everything. even had a dealership with a ford lightning let me measure the truck right there in their garage. they had just gotten it in and were detailing it. pretty cool of them. but that way i know the box will fit and won't have to be cut down. but looks good. going to carpet later? wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

i went to get a reeses pb cup blizzard today. while i was about to pay i get a phone call that says my grandparents house is on fire. about this exact same time we hear the firetrucks leave the station, about three blocks away from dq. so my wife and i tear outa dq. i proceed to run two stoplights and one stop sign (which means i only missed three stoplights from running all of them in town) and pass one cop in route to my gp's house. what do i find?? my grandmother fixing a lamp in the kitchen unaware that there is a firetruck and several volunteer fireman suiting up in her front yard. lol...yep, no house fire whatsoever, and my grandmom so deaf that she didn't hear the firetruck pull up. the culprit? she has a little box that is a speeddial thing for emergency numbers and the battery was low. so it sent off an automatic 911 call. funny thing is, the fire chief was putting a new battery in and it sent off another one. my grandpa, who was gone for most of this pulls up and what does he say?? "how's that for an april's fool joke?" yeah...i never did get that damn blizzard. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

lol u don't think so??? anyway, no new pics yet...maybe monday?? it's one of those, "he didn't buy any of the stuff from us, so we are taking our sweet ass time on it and will get to it when i want you too." so, we work on it only when it's dead. and as you can see, we really don't get to work on it much...maybe three days total so far. most of that just building the box (but that includes stopping to do other installs) i work where you can't just do one project at a time..lol.. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

well, i actually had the name wrong..my bad. it's actually concept, not coustic. and i believe ryan is right about the coustic old school ones. after doing a bit of research, coustic isn't even making source units as far as i can tell. here's the one i'm being talked into trying..lol but it doesn't really list any preout voltage anywhere. so i'm assuming in the 2 volt range. any accurate ways of measuring this? sorry about the mix up... wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

lol...me either.. the camaro i'm looking at should be oughta the shop by monday....yaya!! the guy who put in the 4:10's was an idiot and when he couldn't get the pattern right, he just buttoned it up. said he tried all combo's of spacers in the carrier, never gave thought to the pinon bearing. guess what was bad?? now the entire gear set is replaced, again.... brilliant!!!! wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
