NEW SYSTEM DESIGN
u can do 8" rf hx2's (if u can find them) ported pretty easily in a downfiring box... or maybe some of the new rf tens sealed..either downfiring or firing in to the cab... but it will be easy to keep it under hte back seat...and teh chevy box should fit under urs...i know a dodge box will fit under the chevy (i've owned/own both) wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Welcome to the IHoP
As opposed to ... ???Front-wheel drive is the easiest to do burn-outs with because the weight transfers to the rear under acceleration ... no, they aren't. while ur correct about hte weight transfer, burnouts are usually done at a stand still, squeeling(peelies, screeches, whatever) are done under acceleration. adn a FWD car just won't sit still to do a proper burnout. and using the e-brake in a FWD car works ok, but seeing how 80% of the braking strength comes from the front.... no, in the burnout world, RWD reigns supreme.. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

RL-p 12 en route..amp suggestions?
ummm..no. they are rated like 1100wrms @ 13.8 volts or something... at 14.4 they do something like 12-1250wrms...adn if u bench one, it'll do those numbers and probably a bit more. my last st1000d benched in the neighborhood of 1300wrms at 14 volts. whomever told u that is wrong and knows nothing..lol....unless he/she has got the paperwork to back it up. memphis is definitely one of the best mainstreme amp brands on the market, period. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

RL-p 12 en route..amp suggestions?
yeah, that's the one i'm still undecided on... there's times it looks ok (liek in a darker interior car) but then there are times it doesn't...and the older ones looked good no matter what..lol.. i dunno...lol..it's still memphis inside! wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee :Slaeyr:

No kiddin...looks pretty pimp too teh mc1000d and teh st1000d...but i'm still undecided about the new look... wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee I like the older ones with the chrome heat sink and black/chrome M in the middle. ( thats what i meant by bling bling) the black/chrome are the mc..the silver chrome is the st wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Dual ported enclosure setup
i like the middle port due to what supa jsut said..it's like having a built in brace... common chambers are easire to build and less expensive, but if the port is long, doing a center port can be difficult. individual chambers aren't as easy but offer a few advantages...if one sub blows, u can still play the other, the center style port will actually be two ports and if they are long they just become typical "L" style (my preferance) and they add a lil more bracing.. as to efficiency, i'm not to for sure which is a more effiecent design... wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

RL-p 12 en route..amp suggestions?
i'd go with the memphis myself, and i'm not doggin the eD at all...but for the size, it's really hard to beat. also, a few ppl are running hifonics amps (myself included) on their rl-p's..from the lowly nx750d(me) to a bx1500d (aneonrider).. 750-800 wrms in ur enclosure (up to 1k) will be aplenty to get loud and sound really well doing it!! hope that helps and welcome to the SS family!! growing bigger everyday! wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
