how about getting it rewound? don't necessarily need to go to 200amps either, but i know around here, it's typicaly $1 an amp for a rewound one. could be a way to get the system in, save a bit of money for now and then of course grab one built to specs. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

that would be correct. i would measure with a dmm to make sure. unhook teh sub from the amp and throw the meter on it. make sure it's in the 2 ohm neighborhood. that will eliminate one part of the equation. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
