anyway..nothing special... just a box built for a friend to go in back of a 96 mustang..... it's 3.1ft^3(before displacent of sub and port)about 1.75ft^3 after, tuned to 36hz with 29in^2 of port. it will hold a mtx 7512-04, which he already has in a pressed board box that leaks more then a cheese grater. also, he's gonna carpet the thing some maroon color to match his car i believe.. so....enjoy wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

dunno yet....the wheel wells all have a factory cover. i'm thinking about having it wrap part way around the well and lay flat up to the back seat. this way the sub will face backwards. but i dunno...i want sql, with a lean towards spl..i think. lol..i just dunno. as to the truck....hmmmmmm.. might still go all memphis...but then again..i might go with soundsplinter! and hifonics...we shall see how the soundsplinter and hifonics work in da wifey's.. i heard that soundsplinter is coming out, in 3-6 months, with a bigger, badder 15 then their rl-p15....maybe??? wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

according to Stephen, it depends on amount of power... if i remember correctly..more then 500wrms can go as little as .5ft^3, less then 500wrms he says .75ft^3. but holler at stephen at the above link, he'll let ya know! tirefryer..no treos'...i want an install using stuff noone has seen or heard of locally. so i am using the soundsplinter rl-p12 for my sub and either a hifonics amp or clif designs amp. btw, my treo's are still for sale...$600 plus shipping wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

i have sent $225 to Mike at soundsplinters as we speak... B) i like the idea of the tc9 compared to the tc2...though either one would have made me happy... also, i will probably buy a tc2 sometime soon just to try them! hell for $100 or so..why not?!?! i'll keep ya all posted on the installof the prix! wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

kudo's go out to these two gentlemen as they have been really helpful the last couple of days regarding my decision on what subs to put in my wife's car.(which has changed, and i believe it will be a single twelve ) it will either be a tcsounds sub(probably the tc2+12.2) or a soundsplinters premium (based on the tc9) 12. both have answered emails promptly and anwered any and all questions thourghly. when u go looking for ur next sub...make sure u look into tcsounds(look at audiohole.com as that is where they sell their overstock or be prepared to buy 50 subs..lol :thud: ) and soundsplinters.com...u won't be disappointed! wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

wow..this sucks.. :soap: though i don't own any si products, i have chatted via the internet with nick a time or two, and he seems to be an upstanding guy. it sucks shit like this happens to decent ppl.. anyway..my best goes out to him and his company and i hope the thieves are caught quickly and dealt with aggresively.. :punch: also, and i don't mean this to sound bad....but keep ur head up nick and si. Yeah, I agree. And with only 200 watts per sub, you won't have to worry too much about blowing them...because you do with more With more power, I would steer you in another direction, but they should be fine with 200 each. well..i guess i should avoid the infinity's..lol....i'll be giving them 375wrms apiece...they're rated for 300wrms... i dunno...a few reviews i read on them say the cone rattles at lower volumes i'll let ya know friday what i buy...i might get tow memphis hpo 10's but will probably do the infinity's or the diamonds wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

between these three subs... which would u do? two of these infinity's? these two alpines? these two diamonds? remember, these are going into my wife's car, now going to be pushed by this hifonics amp lemme know....btw due to price (staying under $300 shipped, her budget, not mine) these are the only choices unless u know of a pair of 10's brand new, either svc 2 ohm or dvc 4 ohm that can handle 375 wrms a piece, and will ship the pair for under $300...then those are my only choices.. btw, i'm starting to go infinity(love the look), diamond, then the alpine later.. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
