it wont look right stained you will have to wait to see why but for a bit it will probably be bare if I dont just spray paint it but it will probably eventualy get some sort of a bedlier or similar coating It won't look right, and I'll have to wait to see why?...You've sparked my curiosity.

Umm hard to explain but it was definitely clipping. It was jumping around uncontrollably and definitely not doing what it was supposed to be. I can't really even try and describe the noise I feel like i'd give you the wrong impression If the sub was jumping around, it sounds almost as if the subsonic was set too low. Was it the first time listening to that particular song with the setup? Maybe there was a really low note in there...That is if it's in a ported box.

Shit, maybe I'll just stick with 4 SAZ-3000's or 3500's.

I was thinking about running one of their big amps. Either the 12K or 16K. Debating on that or four SAZ 3000 or 3500's.

Why not just wire the subs together for a 1 ohm load that way. You don't have to, just another option. That will make it more convient for switching the phase if you want to invert one though.

Do you have a table saw?...To flare a slot port you have to kerf the wood. Look up kerfing on here or on google and youll ge all the info you need.

Have you experimented with the subs and port firing back to see if you like that better than up? Looks good man.

Thanks Thanks. Ya, it's a pretty nice and sea worthy boat for only being 28', it rides almost like its a 34'...I miss our old boat, but I like this one a lot too.

No sanding or painting, we were quite a mess and just wanted to get through it. Done for now, 3 coats at waterline and one coat on bottom. Gotta get another gallon to do another coat on the bottom. Stuff's ungodly expensive. Running gear all done, and new zink. Couldn't get the trim tabs down to bare metal, so we just did regular bottom paint on them.

The boat has been in the water for a while, not in use. So we pulled it out to re-do the bottom. At the ramp...Not uset to having a boat that will go on a regular trailer lol.

Got the carpet on today. Also got the back part of my car ut back together until I finish my false floor. Sounds so much better and gets louder at the back, as I expected.

Haha ya, thanks. Thanks...Ya, she only uses screwdrivers. I gave her the drill to try and she did for about a second and said I could take care of that part lol. This is actually the fastest I've ever built a box. Got the whole thing done in one day. Then just did 45*s one at a time and let them dry over night. Only 2 actual work days on it. Thanks.

I'll have some more pics when we carpet it. I'm gonna try and do it tomorrow...That is if I have enough carpet lol.
