  1. Just like the title says, what is the best way to splice a wire? Solder? If so what kind? How about some sort of crimp thingamabob?

Yeah my sub sounds like a bag-o-shart when it is out of phase. But then again my whole system is wired against the norm so my car must be wierd or sumfin. Only my right side tweet is outta phase and that sounded the best for my setup. When I tried the left side, thinking left side is closer to my ear so if I wire outta phase it will delay it and impove sound....eeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrr. Just another example of there is no logic in audio....the only way to impove your setup is to listen to it, tweak it, listen some more, tweak it some more, so on and so on.
  3. Anychance we are gonna get some proto pics & pron?????
  4. That chit sucks. Wheres the exposed bondo and unpainted wood. What about wires. I don't see a rats nest anywhere. Geezz you even bolted down the amps. What the hell kinda install is that....all neat and tidy....shhheeessshhhh! Anyone can make a neat and tidy install....it's the ghetto install that requires skill and patience. Do you know how hard it is to lean your amp against the box???......
  5. Never heard of the arm getting off track but it is possible your drive could have died. I would connect it as a slave on your new setup. Then see if maybe it will show up. If so you are set but if not there are programs that will get as much off the drive as possible but I don't have any names and they may cost money. I will see what I can find out but do the slave thing first.
  6. right side blade it is, thanks
  7. any chance the blade can come off and clip a nut? trying to avoid that.....
  8. anyone? anyone?
  9. Hey what about the side the blade is on. I am right handed so I was thinking a left sided blade but then I got to thinking although this would allow for the most visibility is there a safety issue. I have seem picks of right handed guys holding a circ the same way I do but with the motor on the left and the blade on the right? Which is correct? Mr Dontwana Loseanut

  13. F the purr it's all about the SCREAM!!!!
  14. Is it shelved perm or temp?
  15. Where does the woofer go in that design?
  16. Its another site. It's been around forever and as suggested it is exactly like ebay feedback. This is mine. I don't do much buying (prefer new) or selling (I usually give stuff away to friends, family or church) so it is good for me.
  17. Your site lists the Minilith and it states that it is the smallest suggesting that there are larger mono amps available. What are the larger amps, what are the specs and what are the prices? Thanks Jerry
  18. I see you guys leave feedback for one another on sites which is cool but I would recommend using "Heatware". That way it can be used at any site you go to. I used it at a couple of computer sites I used to frequent but there is no reason it cannot be used at any and every site you go to. And with Heatware everything is in one place. Just my 2 pesos
  19. Any thing I should know or be wary of? 5 1/2" blade? 7 1/2"? Corded? Cordless?

Holy crap ricer boy, is that a mugen mufler on your truck? Got the 3 inch tip? Type R stickers?.... On the serious side very nice work on the chairs....oh yeah on the box too.
  23. I was putting in oil today (after changing the oil pan gasket) and ended up moving the power wire/fuse holder when the stupid thing broke in half. So that was it....it had cracked and the fuse was not contacting both ends of the holder so there was no power. I wonder how that happened. Can plain old heat break the plastic holders. Anyways....problem solved and I am do it right with an ANL this time.
  24. Got a DMM, will check all wires plus the ground Thanks
  25. Fuses all good...sorry for the delay had to go to my sons karate tourney....
