No it is not. Just don't hit it with more than say 500. I ran 2 off an SAZ 1500 but you have to be careful they get warm. That exactly how much i was going to give it, 500 rms @ 4 ohm, since the S8 i am getting is D2. -

You know why - we have to guard her at all times at shows, you'd be surprised at people, 97% of people are nice and normal - the 3% are the ones we worry about. She has to stay insight at all times at show and if she has to go somewhere I send someone with her if not two or three people. lol i was being sarcastic, i am one of those 3% lol jk
