Whomever said that is an ass and needs to be shot. The main different is that a ported box has a port that is tuned to a certaint frequency, such as 30 hertz (Once cycle per second. The term was derived from the name of the 19th Century German physicist, Heinrich Hertz) the tuning frequency can vary between either goals or the woofer. A ported box is much more efficient than a sealed box. Every woofer is different typically woofers with lower motor force (high QTS) will require a sealed box to not sound like ass. Higher motor force woofers typically are always ported. ( correct me if I'm wrong guys)

The Bl can handle between 1-1500 watts comfortably, just because your amp says it puts out a constant 1500 watts doesn't mean it will be. Music is not like a sine wave, it changed constantly, sometimes your amp will be putting less or more than it really says it does. The Bl is intended to be a lower power alternative of the BTL if you want to run 2000 watts or more, the BTL is for you. Don't come complaining to us when you smoke your woofer because you're overpowering it and being a nut on the volume knob or using bassboost.

Overall... the ambient noise from outside is still very low, however while playing my radio loud and closing it all up it's pretty much quiet. Although the car it's self is quite quiet. I could be driving down the highway going 80 with the windows down, roll them up and it's quiet pretty much instantly very little road noise. Great product, very thick, goes on easy i suggest SDS to ANYONE who is looking for an alternative to SecondSkin, Dynamat, Etc. I thank don for such great CS and for making such a great product, overall it took me about 3.5-4 hours total for both doors i may be adding more to the tight places but i have yet to decide. The only negative was it's sharp as razor blades and it's difficult to cut with a utility knife! Both cannot be prevented but that's a good thing!

Factory deadening, as you can tell very thin foil but lots of a rubber compound, I don't think it's asphalt based because it has little to no odor same as the SDS

Julian: How do you get a screen shot? Find the Print Screen button (should be located on the top right hand corner of your keyboard). It may be abbreviated to PRNT SCRN or anything like that, but it's the same button. Find the thing (picture, text, etc.) on the web page that you want to copy (print screen). Press the print screen button. If you don't think it worked, press it two more times, just in case. Go to start -> programs -> accessories, and open MSPaint. Click edit on the toolbar in Paint, and point your mouse to PASTE. You should now have what you want in the box in Paint.
