On ebay most sellers use Square Trade which adds a warranty for a small fee.. Even with that fee the price of the actual Item is still considerably lower than buying from an authorized dealer. The Chinese are VERY good about making knock offs.. to the undiscerning eye you would never know. If you're THAT concerned I would invest in a Square Trade warranty or buy from an authorized brick and mortar store.

I actually bought them from Home Depot, Lowes doesn't carry the big ones.

I've eaten at a lot of greek/Middle Eastern places and they do not rival their food. Horribly easy to make at home as well I usually do make it at home, but when I compare it there is something missing Ours Vs theirs. It's a big key flavor component but I can't figure it out.
