Just ordered two sets of Jbl P660c, I installed a pair for a buddy and they sounded fantastic for the price.. only 130... IMO they sound almost as good as my bravox.. just less midbass. I would re glue it with epoxy or amazing goop

I would cut a piece to size, apply resin to the box to set it in place then resin over the mat

looks good mayne I would cut a hole where the magnet needs to sit the fiberglass the bottom side of the cut so you can have clearance.
