  1. DD 9510g mounting depth is too big... i need something that is 6.5" mounting depth max (not including pole vent)
  2. any other suggestions?
  3. sounds good. my seat lift comes in tuesday and im gonna take measurements and design it on AutoCad. ill try to post my designs and see what yall think
  4. Terrible recommendation. If someone asks for loud they really want the BL in the Fi line. There is a huge misconception that Sound Quality means "sounds good" which of course by nature it does, but at the expense of loud. A smooth frequency response has no peaks which means that you are leaving many dB's on the table. When a poster requests loud more than 99% of the time the peakiness of a ported sub like the BL will still sound good and regularly would sound much better than a Q in an ideal enclosure to them. thanks! so would you recommend the bl for me?
  5. im looking for something more spl... thats why im leaning towards the bl
  6. 12 is too big... and i think the 10" Bl with the options would be louder than the dc lvl 4
  7. yeah i have about 2.2 cuft to work with so i think ill be just fine
  8. okay i need helping finding the best sub/ subs for me. heres what i have so far: Sundown Audio SAE 1200D 2.2 cuft max box area 6.5" mounting depth is the max i can get for the subs $350 price range overall my goals are to get something that is loud but also sounds good. im leaning towards 1 10" Fi BL with cooling and flatwind coil. but does anybody else have any recommendations? Thanks
  9. Im going to put a 10" bl under my rear seats and need to know if it will fit. My box is going to measure 7.5" in height and the bottom of the seat is 9.5" tall. Is 2" enough room for the excursion of the bl? If not should i use 5/8" MDF or 1/2" MDF

  12. yeah but they only have 90 day warrantys how do i know it wont break on me after 90 days? If there is a manufacturer defect, it should be obvious within the first hours of playing, let alone 90 days. IMO, anything after a week is user error 99% of the time. sounds great i might have to invest then
  13. yeah but they only have 90 day warrantys how do i know it wont break on me after 90 days?

  18. Cant decide which amp to get for a 10" Fi Bl with BP Power and Flatwind coil. It will be ported @ 33Hz under the rear seats of a ford f150
  19. Im designing a box to go under the rear seats of my Ford F150 but i dont have any designing programs i have the specs for the biggest sealed box that i can fit but i want to design a ported box tuned to 33 Hz for a 10" Fi Bl. If anyone can design a box using these specs it would help me out alot! and let me know how many cuft the box is. thanks!
  20. thanks! but can anyone design a ported box for me using those specs? i dont have the software to do that
  21. will this box be big enough for 1 10" level 4 xl? this box will be going under my rear f150 seats. it is a sealed box but i need some help designing it to be a ported box. but overall i need to know if there will be enough mounting depth to fit a 10" level four xl. Thanks
  22. ICON would be right at home with above mentioned goals. And is an unbeatable deal with the free enclosure that comes with it from Audible Customs. I would jump on it before May 22nd or you won't get that deal. sounds good but would i have to leave room for the pole vent? i have limited space so the max mounting depth i can do is about 6.5"
