There is no reason to have the gain all the way up. A 4v radio wouldn't help at all, as the gain is all ready at .2v setting anyway.

Well, we decided to only do 3 RD 6.5"s and 3 RD tweeters per door. Seeing as the 4th 6.5" would have been facing the seat and I wouldn't hear it anyway I was ok with it. Only got a few pics tonight, I'll make sure to get more tomorrow. But it's a start. The color I picked, I think I got close.

You can wire those Type R's in parallel down to 1ohm, the amp would put out 1,200+ rms. Each woofer would then be seeing around 600rms. When you order your next woofer, order a D2 so you can run the amp at 1ohm.
