thanks for your response! just thought id add that i can get an arc ks300.4 for $325 shipped thats only a few months old. and its only 90wrms per channel but 350x2 @ 4ohms bridged. are the sundown sax line under rated like their sae/saz line? They are, and think a 100.4 would make you very happy. Nice truck too

If that was me, I would wire to .5ohm. Just to get a little more power out of the amp, as the woofer can take 4k all day. But the question is, do you have the electrical to back a 3500 at .5? You could also run it at .7, which would be nice as well.

the Audiobahn Immortal had 4 VC, minimum!!! I never could listen to it, because the only one I saw had just burnt something(s) and it was brand new !!! I don't think you can have more then 4 Voice Coils. And in all actuality, most DVC woofers I have seen are actually QVC with the coils ran together on the former to make it DVC.

From what I have seen, walls are the loudest thing you can do in your ride. My wall was a failure, but it was also free. I will be building a new wall soon though.

The truck is holding up fine, I would like some of the parts off your truck though New box will be 52"x28"x22" if I remember correctly. I love the MT's, just wish I had more power for them.

I'm sure quite a few people on here have BTL's. But since your already getting Sundown amps, might as well check into the Sundown Woofers. I hear the Z15"s sound very good on music, and can be had cheap right now.

Well I took the wall out after the show on Sunday, and it's time to start building the new box. Me and Alan only pretty much have the new box designed and will build it soon. Box will be 11cubes after displacements with subs behind passenger facing forward, with the port behind the driver facing up. Tuned to 35Hz. And I should have my other 2000 very soon. I'm really excited to get started.

How do I remove the door panels from a 2001 Toyota Corrola? I would like someone who has done it a few times to help me with this. I have to install a friends new speakers into her car tomorrow and want to know exactly how to remove them.

I'm just really looking to power a 1200 watt system without any voltage drops, and if i ever need to in the future, possibly upgrade to 2000 max. I probably should do the big 3 upgrade first, but planning ahead never hurts. If the big 3 upgrade isn't enough for the flickering lights to stop, then an after market battery will have to do. You will ALWAYS have voltage drop until your start making more power then you system is using. And more batteries don't create power, just store it. The only part on a car that makes power is the alternator, so if you want NO drop then you either need a bigger alt or another one of larger size then the stock one. And btw, From what I have seen the XS power batts have more storage then the Optima's.

I'm my opinion you should do 6-7 cubes tuned to 35Hz, sub firing up behind passenger and port out the side behind driver.
