As long as your wiring is proper there should never be maintenance needed. Look into a single HUGE 4-channel. Like the Sundown SAX-200.4. Anyway, what is the equipment your running?

Do you go around jammin stuff in the mid to low 30's? I play a good bit of Bigpimpin91 and DJSNT. Which is all low, 28Hz-38Hz.

I am tuned to 40Hz and my SSF is at 10Hz. I never have issues.

OP says he has a smaller Kicker amp correct? To make the woofer "bottom out" in a small box with low tuning like that would require SUPER low notes. Also said his gain was half way up, so why would 25/60 be full volume?

I know WHY they are glowing. The bolts were not meant to have that much power pulled through them. They are meant to hold the ring terminal to the pad.

Friend of mine had two had Deka's. Out fault from 2 days of full tilt playing ay World Finals with 4 Dekas and 3 3500's lol. Were lucky to only lost two. Anyway, he used a CTEC Battery Reconditioner and brought them both back. I'd highly recommend it.
