OEM speakers are tailored to work well in their environment, not sure what advantages you would gain by running them active. Better control over what is sent to them. They instantly sounded better as soon as I put my radio in. Then switching to Active made it even better.

I've got the stock speakers in my GF's and my own car lol. Both have factory components, running active now granted. But they sound great and score well in SQ somehow.

I am a cheap ass. I like getting deals. But, when I want a high quality product I will pay for it and not whine about it and will support the people that support me.

Shipping will be about that high no matter where you buy. That's more then likely full insured for the retail price of each battery. Hell I spent $80 shipping my 38Lbs woofer to someone..... I don't wanna think about a 80Lbs battery! lol

Quick update. Got a battery from my friend for free pretty much. Lol. All I did was give him a few feet of 1/0 and installed his SAZ-3000. So, now 5 batteries in battery box. And its all full!

Its "stock" from the factory. Factory just included an Ls3

We Started today, with this. Enclosure in and playing. But ALL the pressure goes right to the back. Took the woofers out. 2 DC Lv4 XL 18"s. Picture of how large the gap is. Supplies Mocking up the start of the seal. Sealing up the bottom Priming Port for red paint. Then, red paint. Cutting out 1/2 MDF to make seal. Driver side sealing done!! Starting on passenger side. Making sure boot stays in place. ALL DONE........ Until suede tomorrow. P.S. This is the truck. and just so it's known, this is his just a toy. Nissan BEFORE Wall seal This is his daily. McGauhy's 2/4 Drop, Ls3, Magna Flow Dual Turn down's.

I had a bulk pack on my old Ram. Loved it. Very easy to work with. Easier then the Damplifer Pro I also had. lol

Its 9 in 1 speed wire from Stinger. And I tried every possible wiring configuration for batteries. All the same results.
