  1. It was about the same specs we used on a 8 12" bandpass in my friend's F-150 that worked exceedingly well. This is what I came up with.
  2. I could EASILY build a vehicle in the mid 50's maybe even 60's for less then half that. :-/ My old Ram did a 147 at 28Hz with 2k and a shitty wall......

Get to the box man! That's a great looking truck!!
  4. I am doing a 4th order in my GF's 1998 Mustang GT convertible. The box will be where the back seat should be since the trunk is sealed off. She has 2 db Drive K9 12"s and a db Drive A7 1,500. I want to do a 4th order bandpass with a woofers behind either seat facing into the ported wide which wiill port into thr middle. = I am thinking 1 cube each sealed with 2 each in the ported side. So 2 sealed 4 ported with 80-100^2 port tuned to 48Hz. Any thoughts?
  5. What do you mean "built in amp" all radios have one.....
  6. ok its going to be a question but what kind of electrical do you think I would need to run it at .5? thnx for the help BASS! Smashed I was looking into stetsom I love the equip so thats def.. up there! I ran one at .33 with 3 batteries on a stock alternator (almost 200 amp) with little drop below 13.
  7. RD D9 is very very sought amp, It can do well over 6k with the right electrical.
  8. We did a 8 12"s 4th order in a F-150 and it does 156's 157's with a little over 4,000w. And plays music amazingly.
  9. class D amps are a definate no no for someone like myself who likes to comunicate with whales..... the further away I go from class D the more impressive the low end becomes so far I have not found any amp that even comes remotely close to my Crown A3000gti for bottom end...not even close HAHAAHAHAHA
  10. You paid $10 for a relay and some short wire?........
  11. If I had a need for a cheap double din I would grab one up. Seems nice. But my radio needs are all covered........

It wouldn't make a change you could notice daily.
  13. I've been trying to tell you for years now I think that you've been going about it all wrong. Are you ready to accept my help?
  14. sigh dare I ask how much that cost to do total? (lie to me. 20k or more would make me feel better) Won't lie. lol Like a total of.... $2,200? You can see video's of it on DD's YouTube.
  15. It took us 4 DD 3515"s on a single DD Amp with 4 extra batteries on a stock Alternator. It was in a 2006 Standard cab Ram with a 6th order blow though. It did 152's at 29Hz and 150 at 22Hz and 150 at 33Hz. :-)
  16. I don't want a cheap one. Lol. I have this one cause it was free, custom built a few years ago by a friend. Ill upgrade to better parts when I feel the need. I can still do everything I need, including HD video editing. :-)
  17. I would actually go for a pipe 4" in diameter. :-)
  18. Got any extra motherboards laying around? Mine old, but not busted so i can't justify buying a new one. Lol You be sending me one as soon as you hear my CPU speed……… 1.6Ghz Single Core. Lol
  19. I'm not talking about port noise, simply lost output.
  20. The 4 SA-10"s in the proper enclosure for a car like that on the 3,000w would be louder then the 2NS 10"s as they can't take 3,500w each. So they wouldn't be getting that ever.
  21. Friend of mine got one reply then nothing. We wanted to order alot of deadener.
