in my personal experience a Usamps I/S 4085 (4 channel) outperformed my viper 1200D like night and day during sub duty. it will get MUCH louder and sound a heckuvalot cleaner

go ported to spec from my experiences, rl-p's SHINE with portedness. if you can, drop the mids even lower to around 60-70... music sounds better the lower you drop the mid xover point IMO.

thats what i was planning to do at first, cuz i thought the amp didnt have a 3-way built in. but to save money on the xover and wiring, i was hoping to ditch the external xover.

never dealt with EQ's and stuff before.... i originally planned to run an EQ and an external active xover, but lo and behold, the amp i am planning to run, the Usamps AX5600 has a built in 3-way xover. SOOO instead of spending another 50 dollars or so, and adding more stuff to wire, i can just run everything from the amp and the EQ. i purchased a PG TiEQ15 a few weeks ago and it only has one set of RCA inputs, and 1 set of outputs while the amp has 3 sets of inputs. i know i have to run another set of speaker wire/side as well as a set of RCA's from my HU but how do i handle the EQ? just run the eq off of the front RCA's? or am i out of luck and get a new eq with 3 inputs/outputs?

even if they arent convicted, they will get whats coming to them in the end...
